- One Per Wallet: Each wallet address can only mint one SempreID token. This cannot be reversed.
- Identity Verification: By minting a SempreID, you acknowledge that this wallet represents your digital identity on CopyrightChains.
- Data Usage: Your wallet address will be publicly visible on the blockchain and embedded in your NFT image.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all platform rules and may be subject to KYC/AML verification for certain services.
- Admin Rights: Platform administrators reserve the right to update verification levels and manage compliance status.
- Service Access: Your SempreID grants access to ecosystem services including NIM Platform, CaaS, and Authenta Invest.
- No Warranty: The token is provided as-is without warranty. Loss of wallet access means loss of SempreID.
- Network Rules: You agree to abide by CopyrightChains network rules and acceptable use policies.
- Irrevocable: Minting a SempreID is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
